Changes for 2022:
We no longer have the manpower to set up a tent for you. They will still be available and you can reserve one, but you'll be responsible for setup and tear down. I wish we could still do it for you, but I'm sure there'll be someone to help you if you need it.
Covid:
Masks are not required or suggested.
Social distancing is literally the opposite of what we're doing.
If you test positive within the window or have symptoms, think of your Brothers and stay home.
If you are at risk and choose to stay home, we totally understand and we'd rather see you healthy at your own party another time.
The usual points:
There's little to no cell service on the grounds. If there is an emergency, my phone is available. This also means if you run into trouble on the road you can call me.
Use the route on the map I attached so you aren't traveling 6 miles on a gravel road. The right way is a beautiful ride and you don't want to miss out. (There's at least a couple every year)
The bar opens Thursday night and will remain open until we pack it up on Sunday morning. We'll have $20 and $100 donation cards available for the overachievers like me. Remember if you have cards left over from last year, they're still valid.
We're using the same great venue which includes the creek, pavilion, showers, bathrooms with running water, music, plenty of room for biker games, and very limited cell service. Firewood and ice are available. Ask at the bar.
All of the old favorite games and maybe a few new ones. Hundreds of ducks will be dumped into the stream as a fun way to do a 50/50 and raffle off certain items. Cornhole and adult Jenga are available all weekend at the pavilion, and biker games will be run for prizes so ride your scoot! Dildo downs is also making a comeback. Place your bets on which dildo will make its way down the track first. We're providing the "horses".
There are only 4 cabins so every year, we do a free raffle for the following year's cabins. You must be present to enter and there is no cost unless you win. $50/night
There is also limited space for RV's. The campground charges $25/night. There are no hookups, but you can use a generator. If you want to bring an RV, please call us to make sure we will have room for it.
The campground doesn't allow dogs because their dogs run free and might not like yours.
The venue owners ask that if you do use the fire pits located around the campground, please do not move them. Campfires are only allowed in the fire pits.
Please don't bring your own beverages. If you want something special, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
If you bring a guest or friend of your chapter with you they are your responsibility.
No one under 21 is allowed to attend.
No registration fee if you show up on a motorcycle. There will be a $10 per person fine levied for all that show up in anything that isn't a motorcycle. That means you too, Slingshots.
Tent rentals are available for $10 per person. This only includes the tent. We do not have bedding, cots or air mattresses. How much sleeping are you realistically going to do at our party anyway?
I added Thursday night to the flier because we'll be there, but Thursday was never negotiated into what we pay the campground so if you show up on Thursday, they will charge you $15/person or $20/couple . As always, we cover Friday and Saturday fees.
If you want to reserve a tent or are bringing an RV, contact Sapper to get added to the list.

We have fun things for the kids to do during the VRP so families are welcomed. There will be plenty of food, drink, vendors, pool tables, dart boards, indoor and outdoor seating, leather seamstress and more. We also have a promise to have HUMVEES, a WWII Cannon and more for the families to take plenty of pictures with the kids.
As you all know, this is (for all intents and purposes) the GA-11 Annual. Ride or cage if you have to, just be there. We hope to see you all there.
