The Autumnal Equinox
The word equinox comes from the Latin words for "equal night." The fall and spring equinoxes are the only days of the year in which the Sun crosses the celestial equator.
From here on out, the temperatures begin to drop and the days start to get shorter than the nights.

WVA State Annual
Sept 22nd and 23rd; at Super 8 in Huntington. Their # is 304 525 1410 and rates are $75 to 80 a nite.
Registration is $15 single / $25 a couple
Fri; meet and greet at hotel from 1900 to 2000hr with free snacks-subs and chips ( and beer )
Sat; Reg starts at 1100 to 1300hr. sign up for games - slow race, wienie bite and balloon toss. Trophies, door prizes.
Change to flier;
1) Dinner will be included ( not charging for dinner ) with reg fee. and as always lunch of dogs and burgers.
2) Free beer, soda and water. mixed drinks only 2 for that weekend.
3) The band we had to play just split up, we'll see what happens.
